Why do?

Why do Waufimals tend of weird hair and skin color patterns and high variety in colors instead of a simple range of black to white based on how close they are to equator like humans

Aren't UV rays quite strong near the poles?

There is that thing called snow that scatters them all over the place. So they're not stronger, but you're more exposed.

Yeah. Birds can see it and humans can. It's something to do with UV and the stem cells that lay out our body plan or something. It just gets so faint you normally can't see it. But yeah people have stripes.

Just read on It, apparently people with skin conditions (vitiligo, and so on) and different pigmentations of skin cells during chimerism can have their patterns show with how the skin grew into lines, that's really cool

Type 2 has that missing source texture chic.

i NEED to see a mf with type 2 or type 5

Type 2 seems to happen most to people with chimerism and a difference in the dnas used on skin color for that person can make it visible

    Maybe it proves something, OP.

If people were subjects to evolutionary progress they would have been covered by natural camouflage, like tigers and such.

Humans make new traits with their hands instead of evolving them

Our skin colors can do the trick with different areas colder lighter, hotter darker, orangishin jungles make sense when most animals there can't see orange as anything but nothing or green (can't remember that one much but consider pongos to be well camouflaged by their vibrant fur). Also we can make our own camo outfits made of vegetation or patterns to break the outlines, It's a habit we adapted to know we can do

Except for the prosimians, Primates in general are rather lacking in fancy fur patterns.
