I know dogs in a specific Chinese region are brutalized horribly for a festival to cause as much pain as possible for some therapeutic(?) reason, there's also a frog dish in either japan or their neighboring countries where the frog is still alive in your plate but you eat its exposed heart. Can't also forget the monkey brain eating thing where monkeys have their head beat open with a hammer while they're stuck and the people then eat the brain right out of It, there's plenty of unethical preparations or executions out there

In some chinese and korean places they believe an animal suffering before it died makes it taste better so they do shit like skin or boil them alive.
The most notable clips of these are done to dogs but im sure they do it to everything.

there's that thing where they cut open live monkey's skull and eat the brains. it's probably a myth but not entirely inplausible.
I'm sensitive to animal gore (and people gore) so I'm not gonna watch this, but boiling live crabs/lobsters comes to mind.
Also eating live octopus, squid, and prawn.
People also eat live frogs.
