It is okay as a treat, but a diet solely focused on veganism is similar to a diet mainly focused on Tom Cat kibble, which is mostly 80% wheat and corn with meat byproduct and dye.
The main issue with cats and other obligate Carnivores is the issue of Taurine; which is derived specifically from meat based proteins. Cats need it to survive, denying them this is like denying you electrolytes. It is a painful way to die and I sure hope you are not killing your animals to reinforce your own belief systems.

I may not be vegan but I think veganism is an okay lifestyle.
