There are multiple pit bulls in my apartments. Should I report them to animal control? One lady has 2 of them that drag her around she can’t control. The other is a black chick who had a big pitbull that tries to break free and get to a smaller dog in the court yard. Then there is this fat white chick who is obviously using her shit bull to fake a service dog.
How can I get rid of these shit bulls? Our apartment is low income and ghetto. I can’t afford to move and I can’t afford a gun. Should I post these shit bulls on google reviews page for the apartment and on nextdoor?

Dogs are like guns, and not everyone is fit to use one. You need to train and socialise your dog. If a person themselves isn't socialised, what do you expect of their pets, children, associates, ability to sanely utilise guns or any weapon, or honestly any position if power that has the potential for negative effect. This is the greatest detrimental aspect of society and is not at all limited to banning dogs, or guns, or raising children, or positions of power, but as has been done in moder times (the actual banning of children en masse) this is the trajectory. It's a shallow interpretation of a "problem".
Not all dogs are like guns.
