For example a Dog in a farm is safe and provided for and will have a long lifespan compared to one unleashed in a city or savannah somewhere, but the vegan self inserting with a human mind considers it a form of slavery. Pseuds don't want to admit that the real solution is a harder one - the death of american freedom. You do not, and should not have a right to own anything you want and do anything you want with it, so regulations on breeding and owning dogs are in order.
This is already happening in civilization AKA europe.
