I was exposed to like 30 cats as a child. My crazy mother would keep about 8 at a time. If one went missing or died, she'd replace it. I'm autistic and neurotic as hell but not schizo. Can I sue my mother for damages? My cousin also dropped me on my head as a baby, which might complicate the proceedings.

No cats are territorial. They don't shit where they eat. So they eat at the house feeding them and then go somewhere else to shit, which is my house. Also I figure if I have a cat it will keep other cats away from it's food and shit on other people's property. So it will be equal. Yeah talk to the owner. Next time their cats are in your yard grab them if you can and take them to the vet saying 'I just found them in my yard idk' ofc make sure you remove all collars.
If the cats are microchipped the vet will contact your shitty neighbours and hopefully this should scare them into realising that literally anything could happen to their cats outdoors and they should keep them indoors. Repeat as many times is necessary. Eventually the vet will stop contacting the owner entirely.
If they're not microchipped then your problem is over pretty much instantly.
