I don't have access to veterinarian but I live close to multiple pharmacies.

Based of Mr research I think he was infected with Feline panleukopenia virus.
There are vets in Libya. Just probably not where you are. Before doing the pet thing again, there should be a veterinarian attached to your local agriculture department. Get to know them. They might be of help. Libya may be sparse, but in the past many men were well educated to work in the administration.

Could be anything from a stomach bug to intestinal blockage to some form of poisoning or a hundred other things. Sorry op, but outside of vet help i don't think there's much to be done.

Cats are a pain in the ass because they will hide all symptoms they aren't feeling well until they can't anymore, which is often too late to do anything about it.
