In OP's pic the mirror is clear, the walls and dresser are white. Her clothes are all over the floor but I don't see any dirty dishes, takeout boxes or beer/soda cans. There's no obvious dog hair on the floor or her blankets.

It's actually better for a dogs health to delay neutering. They need their gonads for proper skeletal development and delaying the onset of several autoimmune diseases and cancers. They're smart so you don't have to neuter to change their behavior, also, neutered females will get more aggressive with strangers.
