I feed her daily and literally any time I eat or open a package she hyper fixates on me and the food as though she hasn’t eaten in weeks.
Is this just normal dog behaviour or could it be she’s actually starving?

Try me you don't want your dog overfeed. They are the eat first explode later type.
Feeding them all the time will make them obese and shit every hour.
If you want them to have regular bowels you need to feed them on a regular schedule.

It's pretty normal. You can Google what a healthy weight is for your dog's breed and gender, and roughly how much you should be feeding it
