Please, please for the love of god and my own sanity. My Karen neighbour has this crusty ass looking spawn of a satan dog, who keeps barking anytime that b***h is away for work. I mostly do night shifts and whenever I come home this little shit is alone and barking fricking 8 hours nonstop till she comes back from work.
There is no discussion with Karen, tried multiple times to try to train her dog, I even offered that i will buy the dog whistle trainer box, she just needs to put it inside her apartment, because those waves wont transmit thru walls, so its not effective when I put it outside her main doors.
I don't want to hurt that small animal, since I love dogs, I understand its a fault of that stupid owner, but what is here I could do except moving apartments? I will lose my mind otherwise, I cannot sleep when I need it.

Not OP but most places have "quiet hours" that only affect night time. Like 10pm to 6am.
Honestly you're going to always be fricked by something if you're night shift in an apartment complex. Your best bet is to just stay in a rental home instead if you can't afford your own house. When I was in one a lot of my roommates were night shift, and anytime they had an issue it got resolved pretty easy.
Just make sure its a good one, mine had very strict rules about who could even rent a room, even harsher than what nice apartments around here have.
Night shift or not, I don't think it's unreasonable to get fed the frick up with someone else's rodent dog yapping nonstop.

For this to work you need to get some tweeters, you need them to be extremely powerful to really work otherwise the dogs just stop barking for a few seconds the first time you turn it on and then go at it again after they figure out that new noise is just a new ambient noise. Also beware that the SPL needed to shut them up can damage your ears and other non target species so take care to not be close to it, even if you cannot hear it much.
You also cause damage to every innocent dog in the building and if one of them is your average “doggay” you just caused one of the most fatal mass shootings in the US if their dog dies, and end up with phosgene gas in your shower if they’re just hurt.

Depending on where you live you might be able to file a noise complaint. Should also double check whether the apartment even allows pets in the first place. If neither of those things help you can still retaliate by making her living condition as unbearable as yours are, such as by producing loud annoying noise all hours you'd legally be allowed to when she's at home.
