this is what I found in a quick search for an over the counter med that seemed legit, till you get him some medication I would advise you dip a cotton ball into some clean oil (like sunflower, coconut, or even something like petroleum jelly, or vaseline) and gently wipe the area, these cut off air from the mites, causing them to suffocate, good luck to you anon, hope your kot gets better
or there are a few vinegar borax water solution mixes that are apparently effective ( i know it's for dogs so but reduce the rations fittingly)
"Bathe your dog with a medicated shampoo and towel dry. Mix 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup of Borax and 1/2 cup of warm water in a large bowl or bucket. Dip a clean sponge into the mixture and gently rub it all over your dog, making sure the solution comes into contact with all of his skin, including his head and behind the ears. Avoid getting the mixture into the dog's eyes."

wtf one of the few posts where its nothing but VET NOW thats so fucking bad and right on the neck as well jesus christ
unironically try crowd funding money. people will donate money to sick cats, especially if you use shocking pics like that.
Did you put any flea meds on their back after bringing them inside? They could've had a bad reaction, or you did it wrong.
chlorine dioxite solution AT ONCE and every hour
lookk for cds and kalcker and comusav on odysee video
Probably mange, your best bet would be prescription medicine, for which you'll unfortunately need to see a vet.
As said, it's likely mange. Either find a vet or try to find an over-the-counter treatment (likely a shampoo) avoid anything "natural" as they're mostly snake oil. Find something that has actual medicine in it. A vet trip isn't going to be much more though I should think. You're going to have to spend money to treat this, so you'd better buckle up and do it. Don't try to be a fucking cheapskate and waste even more money doing it wrong.
Have you taken him to the vet? He may need antibiotics.
vet
If I could afford the 100 quid they're gonna charge me I would have, why you think I'm on here asking for advice
I doubt they would turn you away because you don't have the money. They do that job to help animals who need help. Maybe you can get on payments?
Unfortunately england don't work that way, one vet told me to let him go and didn't even look at him and vets 4 petz require money before going in
Fuck you he's a one year old cat who was left by gypo cunts, he was begging at a golf driving range for food in the rain, not as heartless as you prick, hope you set alight and no one even tries to help put it out
Enjoy watching your beloved cat rot away, i guess

Maybe this organization can help?

You obviously don't know many vets
Why do poorhomosexuals think they should do it for free?
Maybe you should stop collecting diseased garbage cats off the street that you cant afford
