I can already tell the land developers are circling around this like vultures.
It's going to be razed and developed into a beautiful cookie-cutter suburban community. Say goodbye to those rare cacti lol.
If you can afford this much land then you can afford good gear/weapons/armored vehicle to wipe out armed illegal frickers. A cheap bulldozer to bury the evidence too since our Black person govt will charge you for doing the world a favor.
Condos and strip malls as far as the eye can see. We call this Detroit nature.
That's some beautiful land.
How can one go about establishing their property as a national park? Is there any way to hand it over to a legislative body that’s turn it into a protected area when you’re dead?
There are land trusts active in most of the US and Canada that you can will your property to. Some of them will establish a conservation easement on your land to ensure that they have a property interest to keep (parts of) it as wild habitat while it can still be privately owned, and bought and sold.
I would turn it into a luxury estate with a castle on it.
I would turn it into a large forest and free range tapir.
Are we starting to see the "time to sell now before the land is useless and uninhabitable due to climate change" real estate market starting to pick up?
no, you're seeing a 'can't run a cattle operation anymore because we import third world beef and domestic producers cannot economically compete' real estate market picking up.
>reee I can't compete on a free market
Seethe
If it was a free market then Keystone XL pipeline would be completed.
If I'm shackled by government mandates and regulations but my competitor is not, then how is that a free market?
Coastal property is still at a premium, quit buying into the scaremongering.
Damn, that raid on Ram Ranch really ruined everything.
>424,000 acres and pricing
Nearly 100mil just for Dagger Flats.
Really sucks, cause it's probably gonna be some disgusting cretins like an investment firm buys it or something.
Parts of Texas are about to get a lot crappier, Texas anons.
>all that beautiful land..."for sale"
so fricking cringe. europe has it right with their right-to-roam policies
Land has economic value, commie. If I catch you exercising your right to roam on my property, that I worked hard every day for years to afford, that I continue to work hard to maintain, where I and my family live, where most of my tangible assets are located, I will exercise my right as a citizen of the United States to gun you down like the cheese eating soviet rat fricker you are.
>says the amurican, as he shoves another blob of corn syrup and basedbean oil down his throat while dodging a stray bullet
Instant first degree murder charge
No wonder intelligent people aka liberals want your whole country disarmed
>that I worked hard every day for years to afford
It's 420,000 acres man even at some rediculous triple digit $/acre this is an 8 or 9 figure property. Nobody alone earns that in their entire lives.
Eh I don't know there's fricking nothing out there. You build a bunch of $300,000 homes but who is moving out to the middle of nowhere Texas and how do they plan to afford to live there?
Found the apartment dwelling poorgay.
I own a forest.
No, you can't hike through it.
Stay mad.
looks like a super dry shithole, what would you even do with it? There are zero trees aside from those right next to the rivers and creeks
>what would you even do with it?
whatever you want, idiot
apparently not since I'd want a private temperate rainforest, not some dust and rocks
meh
Epic full scale cowboy and indians larp with 3000 participants
Not meh.
I'd be a cowboy but then run off with the indians and become a great tribal warrior.
