If you can afford this much land then you can afford good gear/weapons/armored vehicle to wipe out armed illegal frickers. A cheap bulldozer to bury the evidence too since our Black person govt will charge you for doing the world a favor.

How can one go about establishing their property as a national park? Is there any way to hand it over to a legislative body that’s turn it into a protected area when you’re dead?

There are land trusts active in most of the US and Canada that you can will your property to. Some of them will establish a conservation easement on your land to ensure that they have a property interest to keep (parts of) it as wild habitat while it can still be privately owned, and bought and sold.

Are we starting to see the "time to sell now before the land is useless and uninhabitable due to climate change" real estate market starting to pick up?

no, you're seeing a 'can't run a cattle operation anymore because we import third world beef and domestic producers cannot economically compete' real estate market picking up.

If it was a free market then Keystone XL pipeline would be completed.
If I'm shackled by government mandates and regulations but my competitor is not, then how is that a free market?

Land has economic value, commie. If I catch you exercising your right to roam on my property, that I worked hard every day for years to afford, that I continue to work hard to maintain, where I and my family live, where most of my tangible assets are located, I will exercise my right as a citizen of the United States to gun you down like the cheese eating soviet rat fricker you are.

It's 420,000 acres man even at some rediculous triple digit $/acre this is an 8 or 9 figure property. Nobody alone earns that in their entire lives.

I can already tell the land developers are circling around this like vultures.

Eh I don't know there's fricking nothing out there. You build a bunch of $300,000 homes but who is moving out to the middle of nowhere Texas and how do they plan to afford to live there?

        Not meh.
I'd be a cowboy but then run off with the indians and become a great tribal warrior.
