Mine is picrel. This call echoing from the nearby forest in the early morning hours gives off such an eery, alien vibe:

I don't know about a songbird, but nightjar call is my favorite bird sound.

Grackles. Every time I go north for work I realize how much I love their rusty-hinge songs and parking lot swarming.

The humble Black bird, I have heard them sing thousands of time but you still hear original sounds every time.

Not a song bird, but I love listening to gambit quails, particularly the males as they do sentry duty. They used to wake me up sometimes at the crack of dawn in summer but it was hard to ever be mad about it. I don't think other kinds of quails are as vocal as them, at least not that I've experienced elsewhere.

I think pied butcher birds have one of the best tones, though they sound best when you hear them echo out like in the second example.

I've always been a fan of White Throated Sparrows, it feels like they are actually trying to sing when they call.

The American bittern call is very cool, I heard and saw it while I was on an internship in Ontario

For local birbs it's the European robin. They have a very nice song, but I have one near me that's special to me. I always keep my window open for fresh air, and around 3AM there's a robin that starts singing on the other side of the road. There's a large bush underneath a lamp post, and the poor critter thinks it's the sun. Every night (when it's not raining) he arrives there in the middle of the night, singing under it's fake sun to other birbs who are asleep. I've never heard him quit, I just fall back asleep after a while. I feel bad for him.
