There are a very small number of humans alive right now that have the same brain size, shape, configuration, and physiology of a typical human but are essentially a different species when it comes to intelligence. We know how to test for them, but most people can't recognize their superiority even when confronted with it.
The idea that some single metric of physiology is a good indicator of intelligence is stupid, and only stupid people believe it.
