Keeping a pyrenees in a small kennel encourages them to bark at everything, he's probably going to bark 24/7 because he can't see anything or go smell anything while being locked up in a tiny enclosure like that.
Don't buy sheep herding dogs unless you have the space for them.
Buy a dog fit for urban living, don't treat animals like display pieces.

'people' that keep their dogs outside 24/7 are subhuman
at least working dogs have a job they do and space to run around
you just don't want to take the responsibility of interacting with your dog and only want it as some sort of display piece
    >inb4 b-but I'm gonna walk em and everything bro
no you fricking wont. unironically, have a nice day

Real working dogs have to stay outside because they accumulate so much dirt that it would take an entire pack of dogs so inclined to groom each other daily to keep them sorta clean. A lot of domesticated dogs don't have their self/friend grooming instincts anymore.

One of those pyrenees things has to stay outside anyways because they really stink, leak drool, and have nasty fur uniquely adapted to picking up dirt, parasites, and burrs and matting up if the wind blows. It's not like your short coated husky that's basically a troony cat. They're smelly and dirty homosexuals.

they are nice and they are loud and big, a ten by ten is pretty cruel but I suppose you could say that about all kennels

Even if you let them out for walks constantly?

Yes, but only if you have the space and the money for it.

How much money do you need? I could probably fence in a quarter acre or a bit more

Just keeping it outside that’s mandatory flee, tick, and heartworm medicine, that’s like 400-500 usd a year for a dog that size. Do you have a budget?

Would that still work on a 5 foot fence?
Also can a electric fence work on wood? Because I was thinking of extending it later with wood panels

I'm not an electric fence salesman, but I'm sure if you are clever you can make something work, electric fences are simple enough and effective enough to keep in 1000lb animals.
