64 Million Year Old hadrosaur fossils can be explained away as redeposition, but I want to believe.
Hadrosaurs were the most successful dinosaur family of them all. No way none of them made it a few million years after Chicxulub...

I like this story. It feels like something that might've really happened. I made pic related btw, I hope you like it 🙂

I've read there was a burrower species that managed to survive pass the meteor but it died eventually. And those were the last true dinosaurs alive.

      It was this thing.

Dinosaurs were OP as frick. If this thing had survived dinosaurs would dominate the planet again.

I feel like palaeontologists have such a schizophrenic idea of what group dinosaurs belong to. They’re reptiles but also simultaneously birds? They supposedly evolved into birds so therefore dinosaurs are still alive and around today but Carboniferous era salamanders supposedly also evolved into humans but we don’t say Carboniferous amphibians are around today nor do we say humans are amphibians.
        It’s all very silly

Birds are reptiles because they're dinosaurs.

          that's next
scientists already say stuff like that. In 100 years the public will catch on.

Did you know that fords can be vehicles and simultaneously trucks? It's crazy, I know.

Its honestly quite incredible how no beakless dinosaur in the cretaceous went for the seed-forager niche
I guess birds were just that good at doing so

        >birds firmly occupy that one ecological niche which can survive the post-impact hellscape
        >dinos who attempt to evolve into it are outcompeted by birds
Did the birds drive all other dinosaurs into extinction?
