Unironically a well bred deer head chihuahua. Stay away from teacup or otherwise designers chihuahua breeds. Make sure you meet the sire and b***h before your buy to gauge their temperament.
However, your training and general demeanor will play an important part especially during its development. GET A FEMALE. Male chihuahuas are little Napoleon homosexuals always causing starting shit. I had a male fight a large raccoon! Females, in my experience, tend to bring out the most cat like features. We got a husky now that I love but I still kind of miss the cat nature of a good chihuahua.

Cars are a disappointment. They have potential due to years of domestication but it failed to give them a nitch. They potentially could have been better ratters due to the ability to fit anywhere their heads can fit, or they could have been useful retrieving from tight places, or their ability to climb.

I have a shar pei and he is very cat like. Generally chill energy, super independent and doesn't frick with much of anyone how a cat would. Likes to keep his area and self clean. He was easy enough to train on the basics like potty training/wait and stay/sit and up and down. But even though he knew his name, knows he can get a treat or pet by coming to his name, he still occasionally does that cat behavior of acknowledging you said his name but choosing not to give a frick. He cannot be bribed with treats and toys. He doesnt like much attention or coddling but if you ignore him for long enough he will get moody and pace around dramatically but he will not whine or beg for attention like that shit is beneath him. I tried teaching him some extra tricks but its requires a lot pf patience, he no desire to please anyone he only bothers with me because I spoil him with pets and he only wants pets a certain way.

All this and he cant stand cats. But he doesnt chase them he just doesnt want them around. Ultimately 11/10 dog cause he is super clean and independent and not a needy boy he just wants the minimal amount of attention and his couch spot. Also hes a good boy that never jumps on people and couldn't give a frick about your huskiod losing his mind as he shits 6 feet away. He does what he gonna do regardless of any chaos around him.

the husky losing it is unironically more cat like (as in a real cat, not the idealized cat that cat people imagine exists while their real one is locked outside). you're just describing a dog, really.

I have never seen a cat run up and get aggro on some random stranger walking. Sorry your husky does that but he isnt less pure doggo for having basic bad dog habits.

I've never seen a husky do that either unless their owner was abusive and one of those domineering "alpha" cucks. They can be like that with other dogs, but less fight-y than the way random cats treat each other.

In my neighborhood theres two different huskies and some collie that do that shit all the time. Cant walk past those maniacs without them losing their minds and I guess the owners don't have a clue how to train them.

Either way seems more dog behavior to be extremely excited and jump/charge at any random passerby. Cats usually stand still and quietly observe strangers passing by.

Collies and huskies are the worst dogs for the average dog owner. if you try and be "the alpha" they will hate you and people in general. They're smart, but not cucked.

Cats here ignore people and get visibly angry at approaching dogs/other cats.

                >here
they don't act differently in your neighborhood from anywhere else. It's okay that Huskies respond to training and can obey better than cats.

It's not possible because even a 100% wild wolf is more social and intelligent and therefore more respectful of others than a small cat. Even big solitary cats like tigers and pumas, despite being not domestic at all, are more respectful and social as pets than the domestic cat.

Small cats aren't LE WILD AND INDEPENDENT, they're just not intelligent or social enough to live in harmony with others. FFS a fricking tiger, the definition of wild and independent, is more chill. Cats are actually very domestic and display limited social behaviors and dietary habits that their wild ancestors do not, and suck shit at surviving in the wild unless it's a wonderland with almost 0 predators and extremely moronic prey like australia. They have smaller brains than wild cats, what do you expect?

You're also making the mistake of thinking every cat is a street cat mutt (like the cat version of a dingo) when we have purebreds like ragdolls that are just moronic, not moronic and schizophrenic. But they still display a lot of moronic behavior because well, they're moronic.

      This. Rate my poem.

Dogs are superior, it's plain to see
They're loyal, loving, and always happy
Cats are selfish, aloof, and cold
They don't care about anyone, young or old

Dogs are man's best friend, through and through
They'll be by your side, no matter what you do
Cats just want to be left alone
They're only nice to you when they want a home

Dogs will fetch, play, and protect
They'll do anything for your affection and respect
Cats just sit and groom their fur
They couldn't care less about you, that's for sure

Dogs are the best, there's no doubt
They'll always be there to cheer you up or calm you down
Cats are just trouble, that's all they are
So let's give dogs all the love, they deserve it by far.

Dogs are superior, it's plain to see
        >Husky napping on couch
They're loyal, loving, and always happy
        >Husky raises head when called, then goes back to sleep
Cats are selfish, aloof, and cold
        >Husky gets up when owner sits down to go nap somewhere else
They don't care about anyone, young or old
        >Husky ignores owner calling it back, continues napping

Dogs are man's best friend, through and through
        >The husky continues to ignore its owner
They'll be by your side, no matter what you do
        >Owner lets husky loose in a field, does not come back until it's killed a deer
Cats just want to be left alone
        >Owner tries to get the leash back on the husky and he runs off again
They're only nice to you when they want a home
        >Husky comes back a full day later for dinner

Dogs will fetch, play, and protect
        >Cut to a stick being thrown and a husky ignoring it
They'll do anything for your affection and respect
        >Husky walks away and takes a nap
Cats just sit and groom their fur
        >Cut to husky licking their legs clean
They couldn't care less about you, that's for sure
        >While ignoring their owner

Dogs are the best, there's no doubt
        >Cut to husky screaming while being traditionally groomed like some kind of cat
They'll always be there to cheer you up or calm you down
        >Cut to husky seeing a girl crying and walking away
Cats are just trouble, that's all they are
        >Cut to bored husky chewing on the couch
So let's give dogs all the love, they deserve it by far.
        >Cut to husky running away from a man in a collie costume

Cats fail as a pet because they were bred by women and feminine men solely for aesthetic purposes. This is why only women and feminine men prefer them over dogs.

Cats have already been domesticated for thousands of years but no one has made a serious effect to tame and selectively breed them because the dog already fills this role better than a cat ever would. We can remove their predatory, dominating behaviour over successive generations, we just don't
