its because aside from one distinct group, not entirely a racial one but a cultural one that was started by one race, the average people of the rest of the world do not take care of their dogs at all. only one distinct group mostly keeps dogs inside and actually cares for them, keeping them clean and healthy. the rest say "dogs are filthy animals and belong outside" and then send them, yknow, outside, to do whatever they want.
for some reason the predicament they put themselves in makes them feel like they should mock the only people who keep dogs successfully rather than consider their own mistakes. and part of this mockery is accusing the average person who belongs to this successful dog keeping group of fricking the dogs since they like them so much.
Makes good sense on a global scale.

This is true for me, but the only coloreds I see are occasional delivery drivers, a couple of Mexican stablehands at a nearby horse boarding facility, and one fat Somali nurse at my normal doctor’s office; so I won’t assume it has anything to do with a behavior I was first exposed to by videos of swarthy girls on Kazaa.
Everyone else I see in my day to day life within 20 miles of my home is white.

Neutering dogs before 2 years of age is borderline animal abuse and it's actually best to wait til about 7 or 8. The earlier you neuter the more likely they are to develop joint/skeletal disorders, expensive to treat cancers and autoimmune isorders, incontinence, unwanted personality changes, etc.
"Common knowledge" is the result of a propaganda campaign targeted at people who kept outdoor dogs, not common sense.
