My boy is 8 months old and intact. Why should or shouldn't I neuter him? I want him to behave around other dogs and not have annoying behaviors like humping and marking territory so I'm leaning towards yes.

my neutered dog still does this stuff. my spayed female also did that stuff.

I would neuter him after he's done growing. You'll take away that frustration and stress of not being able to breed but still allow him to grow normally.

If you neuter them before 2 years it greatly increases their chance of developing fatal/expensive cancers and joint disorders. Wait 2 years.
Also neutering does not replace training and if you think it does it will still be aggressive. The only reason intact dogs die sooner and bite more often is because most owners of intact dogs are neglectful overall except for vet visits. Believe me, these people will pay TOP FUCKING DOLLAR at the nicest vet clinic but their dogs are totally ignored outside of that.
