Again, i know of sharks being possibly harmless and a tiger probably not hesitating to devour you but i might be missing something.

GWS hunts elephant seals and cetaceans, i don't think some big cat would be a problem for it. Polar bears wins against GWS though.

It would come down to a product of the land speed of a tiger, water speed of a shark, reaction time of tiger and response time of a tiger, in some variation
If the tiger can't actually dodge faster than a shark can charge it and be far enough out of the way to avoid getting snagged well then it's fricked. Any other situation outside that I'd say tiger could win
besides reptiles and insects or spiders cats have the fastest reflexes on the planet
