I always wondered how the polar bear at my zoo fared when the summer temps would climb to 90 F. It seems a lot easier to keep an animal warm rather than cool.

A dinosaur open enclosure, on a snowy winter day and without a place for the dinosaurs to rest in? Thats pure animal abuse, poor guy is so cold he looks like a statue.

The visitors would pay more if the dinosaurs were scaly, so the zookeepers plucked every individual fetaher off of it to make it more marketable.

I'm sure the more reputable ones save shelters. Otherwise if the animal is cheap enough they just bin them in the off season.

The ones used to cold weather will be just fine. Crazy how good canine fur is, can withstand sub zero temperatures easily.
