How can vegetarians keep pushing that stupid dogma about "humans not created for eating meat" when primates are the proof they are wrong?

we can digest the good shit in most fruits and fruit-like objects. coincidentally our ancestors were frugivores that shifted from cope leaves and ants to the chad steak.

Stop parroting this moronic horseshit. Throughout human history, Unless you died as an infant/young child you had a reasonable chance of seeing your 60s assuming you weren't moronic. We've been tending to our sick and wounded since at least Heidelbergensis if not earlier. Erectus had special gravesites and something resembling burial ceremonies.

you should go on Wauf they're all over it their new MO is to lie about the potential costs and detriments veganism rather try to change people's ethics. They always will lie because to them human welfare < animal welfare and lying is relatively innocuous when compared to killing animals. Also a lot of them get wiped out in the monthly zoophile purges.

Wauf is such a tribalistic shithole i wouldn't be deprived if they ran rampant there

Met a german girl who claimed to be vegan a few days ago. Her entire left arm was covered in self-harm scars. They brought us a plate with food and she couldn't eat anything, I saw what looked like a vegan appetizer and encouraged her to eat it. Turns out what I thought was just onions, oil and bread was instead mashed tuna. Oh well.

do you eat your meat raw?

Raw meat is the healthiest form of meat, but we have taste receptors that bias us towards stuff that's caught on fire.

The human digestive tract is clearly specialized towards digesting meat and we can pinpoint when our ancestors started eating it because we developed sharper, deeper molars. Supposedly the ideal human diet is a bunch of fruit + nuts + a fish/reptile/amphibian here and there.

dunno if risking salmonella and e. coil is just about taste reception

your ancestors had better immune systems and stronger stomach acid than you. probably faster digestion too, because they weren't downing ridiculous amounts of fiber in grains.

my guess would have been ruminants and tubers because of how hard it is to hit our micro nutrient recommendations without some of either. You could probably go further into it and differentiate between minerals and vitamins we can store in fat and ones we can't. Try getting half your zinc rda from anything that was wild around early humans.

It's kind of hard in general to have an ideal diet for people all the way through life and have it be consistent. What might be good for the fricking and fighting years might be bad for the years when you have less teeth, vigor and your role in society has changed.

dunno if risking salmonella and e. coil is just about taste reception

not really a big issue with muscle meats. When you start to eat intestines and organ meats you can get a lot of pathogens and parasites but almost none live in the muscle tissues of warm blooded animal. Why would they? It's not where the easy nutrients are. With migrating herd animals it's even less of an issue because they don't regraze the same areas as much.

yea, but I'm a fricking genius so I put it on a fire because of the better nutrient absorption.

it actually ruins the nutrient absorption and profile

to add, you can live on raw meat alone. you have to supplement with other foods like veggies and fruit if you cook your meat, else you'll suffer things like vitamin c deficiencies.
