End it's suffering. It's basically dead already. Cat bite infection will soon kill it, if nothing else will. Even if it survives, it's life will be misery.
If you want to feed it, eggs are essentially universal super food that's good for any animal, birds especially.

If it has broken bones there’s not much you can do, it will be extremely unlikely it will recover its ability to fly without medical attention.
You can put some towels in a cardboard box, a lamp, some water and food, and let it try to recover. Clean its wounds with a clean wet cloth.
