That's a husky. Huskies are high energy and insane. It just comes with the territory. They're also intelligent for dogs and have a sense of humor, but I consider them too high maintenance.

Huskies were bred to pull as a reflex. It is literally involuntary and is the strongest in huskies, bernese mountain dogs, mastiffs, etc. Continued pressure makes them lean against it with very little control and consciously suppressing this is as hard for them as it is hard for you to walk off a cliff despite your reflexes involuntarily forcing you to balance to avoid falling. Possible but unreliable and hard to learn.
You never subject a husky to continued leash pressure to control them. You never use anything like a prong collar or "gentle" "leader" (muzzle harness that twists the neck to cause pain) because they will pull against it unless you use it to cause immediate injury, which is abuse, which will make your dog more aggressive because huskies don't submit to violence. You have to use verbal commands or very gentle leash tugs to signal direction and speed. If you tug too hard on the leash or try a "leash pop" they will pull against it and get hurt. The only way you can physically control a husky is by giving them no other direction to by physically guiding them with your body.
